2. Educational Use & Academic Integrity
- Study Companion: 3142.in is designed solely as an academic learning assistant to explain problem concepts, verify derivations, and build mastery.
- Honorable Use: Users agree NOT to use the platform to conduct live cheating during standardized examinations, board tests, or proctored assessments.
- AI Nature: While our AI delivers rigorous solutions, mathematical algorithms may occasionally produce errors. Students are encouraged to practice critical thinking and verify answers with textbooks and teachers.
3. Single-Device Security & Fair Use Quotas
- Single-Device Access: To prevent credential leaks and unauthorized account reselling, each student login is tied to a single active device session. Logging into a new device automatically invalidates the previous session.
- Fair-Use Limits: Free users receive initial solves and referral bonuses. Pro/VIP members enjoy daily high-capacity computing quotas (up to 50 complex questions per day). Scripted automation, scraping, or DDoS attempts will result in immediate termination.
4. Faculty Tutoring & Coaching Transactions
3142.in provides administrative ledgers, attendance rosters, and WhatsApp outreach tools for independent educators and coaching academies. Direct coaching fees and offline tutoring services are agreements strictly between students/guardians and their registered instructor.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3142.in and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
